Welcome to the Class Blog for EDU 626 Summer 2013!
For the remainder of this summer session, between June 3rd and August 2nd, students in EDU 626 will be expected to post blogs commenting on and reviewing aspects of educational technology that they glean from reading online journals, such as eSchool News, Education Week‘s Digital Directions, and others. Essentially, regular participation in this blog will be an exercise in keeping up wuth the reapid developments in the world of technology and educational technology in particular. Each student will be posting around 9 times through the summer session, and concluding with a 10th post in which they discuss what they’ve feel they’ve learned in the class, and consider likely next steps as a result of what they’ve learned.

I am learning to maneuver into all the nooks and crannies and am proud of my self for actually locating the class blog. I am also so excited about all that I will be learning in this course. Becoming more technologically literate and skilled will enable me to become a much more effective library media specialist.
